BALD EAGLE COACHING’S VISION AND MISSION 

Bald Eagle Coaching is about empowering you to stand out and stand up for what you feel is the most important part of your life. Founded by a veteran to help the veteran community and their families, the goal is to work through positive motivation and find what helps us be productive at home and work.


Board-Certified Coach from the Center of Credentialing and Education Bald Eagle Coaching LLC. Is a Service Connected Veteran Owned Small Business virtually operating from a home office in Stockbridge, GA.  Founded in June of 2017, Bald Eagle Coaching offers Professional coaching in Executive Coaching Corporate Coaching, Business Coaching, Leadership Coaching, Health and Wellness Coaching, Career Coaching, Personal Coaching, and Life Coaching.

Additionally  Bald Eagle Coaching provides Employment support for transitioning service members, veterans, and their families. Bald Eagle Coaching LLC is announcing that the Founder and CEO Mr. Ryan Schuler, MSIO has received credentialing as a Board-Certified Coach with the Center of Credentialing Education.

    Ryan Schuler, President and Founder of Bald Eagle Coaching has a Masters of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University, specializing in personal motivation and workplace productivity. In 2021, Ryan earned a graduate certificate from Walden University along the path to become a Board Certified Coach from the Center for Credentialing and education. https://www.cce-global.org/credentialing/bcc.

    Ryan is currently a Doctoral Candidate at Walden University seeking a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology with a specialization in Evidenced Based Coaching.
    Ryan hopes to complete his Ph.D. by early 2023.

    Ryan received his undergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Arts, from Colorado State University in Fort Collins Colorado in Sociology emphasizing in Criminology.

    Ryan currently also holds a certification from the Motorcycle Safety Foundation to teach the Basic Rider Course (C).

    As a Non-Combat Veteran in the US Army Reserves from 2007 to 2015, Ryan understands the challenges that Veterans face reintegrating back into the workforce, education, and families post-military service.

    Ryan founded the Colorado State University-Pueblo Student Veterans of America Chapter to support student veterans on campus in the southern Colorado region.
    When Ryan completes his coursework he will focus his dissertation on supporting veterans as they reenter the workforce and our communities.
