Why This Matters (EO 14173)

In the wake of Executive Order 14173 (Ending Illegal Discrimination and Restoring Merit-Based Opportunity), organizations must take proactive ownership of their inclusion efforts. MRWA and TIRCWA provide trauma-informed, leadership-driven assessments that align with federal law and healing-centered culture design.

What Is the Mission-Ready Workforce Assessment (MRWA)?

The MRWA is a strategic 10-domain audit designed to evaluate how well your organization supports veterans, reservists, spouses, and military-connected families. It blends compliance, culture, and coaching into one actionable assessment.

Expand Your Impact with the TIRCWA Overlay

The Trauma-Informed Reintegration & Cultural Wellness Assessment (TIRCWA) extends MRWA’s power to support trauma-impacted individuals and communities beyond the military-connected workforce.

TIRCWA is a modular, trauma-informed overlay designed to evaluate how your organization supports:

  • Justice-involved and reentry populations

  • Survivors of interpersonal violence

  • Displaced families, refugees, and caregivers

  • Clients or staff with complex trauma histories

It builds on the MRWA framework to bring cultural humility, co-regulation, and healing-centered leadership into your workplace.

Some additional information in one line

In fields like education, behavioral health, social work, and workforce development, trauma isn’t rare—it’s routine. TIRCWA helps you build environments where psychological safety, identity recovery, and relational trust are foundational—not optional.

The TIRCWA overlay can be applied to MRWA domains such as:

  • Manager Readiness → Trauma-informed supervision

  • Psychological Safety → Healing-centered policy design

  • Cultural Integration → Identity restoration & narrative repair

  • Health Benefits → Continuity across public systems

  • State Compliance → Survivor rights and care protections
